Horizon Software is looking forward to seeing you at the 2008 Annual Users Group Event. If you are driving, the Marriott is located off exit 104/Pleasant Hill Rd., off I-85. Please Click Here for a map of the location.

Airport Shuttle Pick up

If you are flying and need to utilize a shuttle from the airport to the Marriott provided from Horizon Software, there will be two shuttle times allocated. Horizon will provide 2 shuttle pickups at the airport on Monday, Nov., 10th.

The first shuttle pick up time is 4pm.
The second shuttle pick up time is 7pm.

If you are flying and plan on utilizing one of these shuttles, please send Julie Denmon your flight info as well as your cell phone # ASAP so that she may coordinate capacity needed for each shuttle.

It will be of great help to the drivers if we can provide them with your cell phone numbers. They will have your flight information but cell phones help a great deal in the event they need to contact you.

In the event you miss the first shuttle, please notify Strictly Business Limo Services that you will catch the next available shuttle. Please note that there are only two scheduled shuttle times.

Airport Shuttle Departure

Horizon will also provide 2 shuttle runs back to the airport on Thursday, Nov., 13th.

The first shuttle departure will be at 1pm.
The second shuttle departure will be at 2pm.

There will be a sign up sheet provided during the Users Group so that you can select the most convenient time to return to the airport.

Atlanta Airport Information

We will make every effort to make your shuttle transition as smooth as possible. For those who have never ventured through the Atlanta airport, below are a few helpful facts you should know:

  • Strictly Business Limo Services will be operating the shuttles. If you should need to call them once you arrive at the airport (should your flight be delayed, cannot find a greeter or need directions, please call 770-925-2900 or 404-569-3602.
  • If your plane taxies to the "T" gates you will walk to baggage claim. All flights arriving at gates A, B, C, D, and E will have to ride a train to baggage claim. The train takes approximately 5 minutes.
  • From the trains, there will be escalators that bring you to the main terminal, for ground transportation and baggage claim. At the top of the escalators one has to make a right to North Terminal or a left to Delta Terminal. Once you make these turns, look for a greeter with a Horizon Users Group sign.
  • If all else fails please know that Strictly Business Limo Services always picks up customers at door LN1 by Greyhound Bus link at the lower level of the North Terminal.
