  • Process orders in three easy steps: place orders, kitchen prepares the meals from printed tickets and orders are delivered according to schedule
  • Choose from restaurant-style room service and bedside ordering options—patients can conveniently place orders by phone or orders can be placed for patients at their bedside utilizing tablet computers
  • Accommodate a variety of diets with menu plans that can be easily set up for both order processing scenarios.
  • Offer a variety of ordering options that allow patients to customize their orders. Patients can specify food preparation preferences, such as well-done, with tomatoes, etc., and special instructions can be added such as cut crust off bread, etc.
  • Modify or delete orders after sending them to the Print Queue if needed
  • Print master ticket at tray line to ensure all items are included
  • Print separate tickets to a variety of food prep stations
