Here’s how it works:

  • Employees charge meals at Horizon’s Point of Sale
  • Payroll Deduct module collects employee charges and exports the data to the central financial system
  • Payroll system deducts charged amount from the employee’s check and applies funds to food service

For operations where payroll deduction is not a viable option, invoicing functionality is offered in this module. This allows employees to charge meals and to be invoiced on a regular basis.
