• Process sales quickly and easily with a POS screen that is intuitive and designed for speed. Users can color code the 50-key menu grid, group like items by color for convenience, and resize often-used buttons.

• View student photo for positive ID if desired. The system replaces the photo with a journal as users ring up a sale.
• Choose from flexible payment options including three account options and alternate methods of payment.
• Select an alternate menu plan easily using the OneSource menu tab strip at the top of the POS screen.
• Avoid common mistakes with built-in intelligence that assists cashiers. The system notifies users when a wrong date/meal period is entered, the till amount is not entered, the till was not closed after last meal period, the user pressed the same item key twice, and a second meal has been purchased.
• View timely messages from the Cashier Message Center: allergy warnings, birthday greetings, daily spending limits exceeded, low account balance and other general messages.

• Identify the student and touch their photo to sell them a meal with the popular Designated Homeroom/Group feature.
• Use portable tablet computers as POS Terminals for many types of group sales. For example, set up outside to meet buses for breakfast sales
• Utilize the Offer vs. Serve Component Based option when itemization of purchases is desired. Cashiers ring up all selected items and the system notifies cashiers when enough components have been selected to make a reimbursable meal.
