  • View available diet options for each patient that are automatically displayed based on diet type/restrictions.

OnCall Café makes it easy to process room service orders.

  • Process orders in three easy steps: place orders, kitchen prepares the meals from printed tickets and orders are delivered according to schedule.
  • Choose from restaurant-style room service and bedside ordering options—patients can conveniently place orders by phone or orders can be placed for patients at their bedside utilizing tablet computers.
  • Accommodate a variety of diets with menu plans that can be easily set up for both order processing scenarios.
  • Offer a variety of ordering options that allow patients to customize their orders. Patients can specify food preparation preferences such as well done, with tomatoes, etc., and special instructions can be added such as cut crust off bread, etc.
  • Modify or delete orders after sending them to the Print Queue if needed.
  • Print master ticket at tray line to ensure all items are included.
  • Print separate tickets to a variety of food prep stations.
  • Choose to print delivery tickets with or without Nutrition Information.
