I am writing this letter to you just a year and a few days
after the first year anniversary of our Horizon Software installation. The
system has been such a great improvement to our retail area in the past year.
Hear are some of the improvements and benefits I have observed over that past
twelve months.
Increased Revenue… First of all there has been a great
improvement in accuracy with the cashiers. Soon after the installation I saw
our daily numbers increasing considerably. After six months we started in with
credit cards and again our daily sales increased and made it easier for our customers
to purchase meals in our Café.
Systems Change… Prior to Horizons we dealt with many
different type of vouchers. With Horizons I have changed some of these vouchers
into Declining Balance programs elevating cost of printing vouchers and saving
my customers money and making it easier to track.
Reporting… Any given day I am into many reports tracking
daily average checks for any meal, looking into what items are selling,
checking on the activities of the cashiers and lots more. This makes me a
better manager and my work easier.
Support…Your team of technicians have been very supportive
and I have established rapports with many of them. Lyle
Rauch was great support during the installation and I
continue to seek his advice and help often.

The customer
service that I have experienced since I have been actively dealing with Horizon
has been great. They are always there to assist. When there have been issues
that have needed to be escalated to the next level they have not hesitated.
Since taking over this operation in January of 2007, I have had to replace all
of the hardware at our account. Everyone at Horizon has been very helpful
during this process.
